A semi detached house on a quiet estate within walking distance of the town centre. Windermere is only 8 miles away so really handy for visitors wishing to discover the Lake district. I have 2 double rooms available . There is a private bathroom for sole use of guests. The lounge and dining room can also be made available. There is a nice back garden where guests can relax, weather permitting. I provide a small breakfast of cereals, toast tea or coffee. The space you are renting a bedroom in my house not the whole house. You have a bathroom that may we shared with another guest . I have my own bathroom. There is a toilet and sink downstairs too. you have access to the kitchen and dinning room . Be aware , there is a cat incase you are allergic. Guest access I am usually here to greet you so please try and let me know you ETA. If for instance I am not herethere is a lock box. During your stay Please tell me on arrival if you have any special dietary needs . I offer a small uncooked breakfast in with the room price. This is on a self service basis. There is a separate fridge freezer for guests use if you want to bring your own food. You can help yourself to breakfast in your own time . Tea and coffee available at all times in the kitchen. Other things to note The bathroom may be shared with another guests. Please leave it how you found it. If you wash your hair please use paper towels provided to clean the hair out the bath. I check the bathroom several times a day and make sure its clean. sanitisers, shampoo conditioner and soaps are provided.
