All our apartments are equipped with air conditioners, Led TV, Refrigerator, Kitchen utensils, cutlery etc. For the long stay, we provide water dispenser and assistance to procure grocery. We have housekeeping staff stationed in the building who will clean the apartment on a regular basis. There is a resto cafe in the property for your convenience. Flexible check-in and check-out options with no additional expense (subject to room availability). Guest access Access to Listed property is a private apartment with one bedroom with attached bathrooms, hall and kitchen. Other things to note 1) As per local government regulation its mandatory for all the guests to provide relevant documents as instructed by the Govt agencies. Guests who are Indian Nationals has to submit a copy of Govt approved identification documents while check-in. Foreign nationals are required to submit a copy of their Visa and Passport. Guest will have to sign a visitor register also. 2) Basic amenities are included in the base price: Bed linen x 1 per bed, Blanket x 1 per bed, Pillows x 2 per bed, Hangers x 4 per room, Toilet paper is provided upon request. Gas stove and basic kitchen utensil are there in all apartments. Cleaning will be done on a daily basis. We provide you with fresh clean sheets and towels while check-in and while your stay we change it once every three days. We provide Water bottle or one water can as per the duration of the stay. Toiletries & bath towels as per occupancy. If you need anything extra kindly confirm with us before booking. With prior confirmation, additional amenities can be provided and will be charged extra. 3) Smoking only at designated areas and no pets allowed. No nuisance can be tolerated as the property is located in a peaceful neighborhood and our neighbors or other occupants in the building won't appreciate it. Most of our guests are people who travel for health care, events, business meeting, family functions etc. During your stay, if you cause any damage to the apartment or fixtures due to mishandling or ignorance, we will charge the cost of repair for the same.
