GGG - Budget Room

A budget room with two single beds and a private modern bathroom but it is not attached to the room. The rate is for non A/C however A/C is there for this room and guest have to pay additional 500LKR per day if they need to use A/C. This is in the main road between Batticaloa and Kattankudy. The Kallady beach is in one kilo meter distance. The space A Spacious Private room suitable for a Couple / two adults / an adult and a kid. The room is very clean and neat. There are two single beds in this room. A chairs and one cloths hanger are available. The rate is for non A/C room. However there is an A/C in this room and you have to pay additional 500LKR per day if tou need to use A/C. There is a large, neat and clean modern private bathroom for this room, but it is not attached and the guests have to walk through a small hall way to get there inside the house. The living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen is also available for sharing basis with the guests in another private room (if anyone there at the time you stay) A TV and DVD Player, sofa and chairs are available at the Living room. In the Dining area, a table and four chairs, a Refrigerator and Water filter (with drinking water) is available. The kitchen is equipped with Gas cooker, Rice Cooker, electric kettle, blender and all essential kitchen utensils. The drinking water and gas usage is unlimited and it’s free. It is the user's responsibility to clean the common areas after the use. A beautiful garden and parking space for three vehicles are there. Guest access TV, DVD player, Refrigerator, living room, fully equipped modern kitchen with gas cokker, rice cooker, electric kettle, balconey with garden view where a large pond with beautiful fish and many plants. During your stay We are living in the same compound and availabe around the clock to assist the guest's needs.
