The cozy self-contained Wellness apartment with a private sauna has access to a private Wintergarden and a beautiful garden (shared). The apartment is located in the basement area within a large detached house and a lovely stream runs at the end of the garden. It's just walking distance to the forest within the beautiful Eifel national park forest, where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, motorcycling or just simply relaxing. The space . The property is located in a quiet area with direct access to the garden (via the barn) where you're welcome to relax, BBQ, or even cool off in the stream at the end of the garden. The apartment is always cool in the summer and cosy and warm in the winter. An additional bedroom with a 120 cm wide bed may be available on request for an additional fee of 20 € per night. There are facilities for storing, repairing, and charging eBikes in the barn, including a garage for parking a motorcycle (space permitting). Ample private parking on the drive at the front of the house. Guest access Access via the house main entrance and via the main lounge into the basement area. You enter the garden directly through the Wintergarden and barn. Guests can enter the apartments using the Nuki smart lock app or pin code to unlock the main entrance door. This enables you to freely enter the house without the need for any contact with the host. Other things to note Sauna: The sauna can be used, but please follow the safety instructions in the Sauna. Guests with any health issues should NOT use the sauna. Unless 2 persons are taking a Sauna, other persons should be informed in case you fall asleep. It's recommned not to stay longer than 15-20 minutes. After a sauna, you can cool off in the private wintergarden or shared garden. Use of the sauna is at guests' own risk. Cycle/MotorBike Storage: Storage of bicycles, E-bike, and motorbikes is possible in the barn/garage, but please lock the bikes. Power sockets are available for charging e-bikes. It is also possible to repair bicycles in the barn if space is available. Storage of bikes is at the owners' own risk. . Please send us a message and we'll check if there's space.
