Charming panoramic Villa very close to Montecatini Alto, with an incredible view over Lucca and Pistoia. Surrounded by Tuscan hills, it's next door to a nice medieval village with many cozy restaurants and shops; this villa is a pure relax spot, quietly located "solo" at the top of a hill, only few miles away from the biggest hits of Tuscany: Lucca, Florence, Siena and Vinci ( Leonardo's home). Our panoramic Veranda and alfresco dining are breathtaking. Heated pool and huge private parking. The space The villa has 6 spacious double rooms, all with an incredible view. The kitchen and dining area includes a brand new professional kitchen (over 50squared meters), an inside living and dining room adjacent to a panoramic veranda "liberty style", overlooking the valley, that opens over the heated pool and over the alfresco table outside. Our guests love to live this space, and spend here most of their times. Kids love it, too! A large park and many spaces to lay down or simply stay quietly under the trees are also something that people love. Our master bedroom features a kingsize California bed, a private entrance with a patio, and a flat tv screen connected with the best cable and net box sets. Guest access The villa is rent on an exclusive use, so any of the areas of the villa used for rental are accessible to our guests: 6 double rooms, 7 bathrooms in the Villa (2 bathrooms and showers at the pool in addition), 2 kitchens, two living rooms, two internal dining areas (dining room and veranda), one patio "alfresco" , heated pool with chairs and sun beds, bar by the pool, private parking for up to 12 cars. The property is fenced with an automatic gate. The premises (underground level and ground level) includes some service rooms not open to the guests, where we store the necessary items and blankets for their stay.
