unit 5 is a studio type with 2 double size bed( can fit 2 adult person ) and 1 pull out bed its in the 1st floor so you need to climb a couple of stairs this unit have 1 toilet with bidet with hot shower complete kitchen appliances utensils and allowed to cook have a small veranda that you can stay outside and free 1 parking …unit can accommodate more than 4 person just need to pay extra or just ask the host for more clarification and to minimize any misunderstanding The space place is secure quite and surrounded by pine trees like the old baguio the building is on going progress not yet fully develop due to budget constraint but its leavable and we also have other long term tenant renting other unit. Guest access we have a big back yard and you can charcoal grill, we have common laundry area Other things to note note this is not a hotel that why our price is cheap we cannot give you all your requirement we can only give you bare service... we cater for people with tight budget and back packer style of traveling if you want full service and complete basic toiletries we suggest look for hotel or apartelle alike ..
