Anchorage own by Chinese family we welcome worldwide guest.But if don't like China don't book by any reason Units' bathroom and toliet in 2nd bedroom,means 1st room guest need walk through 2nd bedroom for toliet and shower,please agree before book guest over 1yr must inform and pay Pet allow,$25 p/pet p/n.please inform before book 1 carpot each unit,no boat park,not for special high vehicle The space Our units are old, we also not the cheapest one, but we are the one provide best service to our guests. Guests said we are “Chinese people’s home in Lakes Entrance”, this is the highest honour to us. We will keep doing our best to make our guests have a comfortable stay. Crab and fresh seafood cooking is allowed in unit. We also have big freezer in our own house for guests to store their fish. Fish clean area in guest laundry. Guest access Pet policy Pets are welcome at any time of the year and allow stay inside unit. All pets must inform and pay additional charge BEFORE check in. For all booking we will confirm pet by phone, text message, email, internal message (if book from website) and in person at check in. If all answers are “NO” but we still find pet after that, you will ask leave our property immediately without any refund. Such behaviour is not welcome. At any time, by any reason, pets: Must lead by host within complex; Cannot leave alone in the unit; Cannot use couch, bed and other furniture; Cannot use shower and any other unit facilities include crockery and cutlery; Cannot “ENTER” swimming pool area. Break above policy, result any damage or need extra cleaning, minimum $50 penalty will charge from your account. Complain from other guests or incorrect behaviour found by our staff, 1st time we give a warning. If happen again or keep doing things after warning, you will ask leave our property immediately without any refund. However, if you don't like China or Chinese people donnot book with us by any reason. according to some unbeliveable experiences: if cannot obey, or donnot want to obey our house rule please donnot book with us. quite time is 10pm (weekend is 12am) till next 7am, during that time no noise allow to affect other guests. if happened we encourage guest call police to stop it. we donnot accept complain during the day. we donnot accept negative review because of that. our accommodation are joint unit, and we recommend all guest obey the rule, but we cannot guarantee avoid this bad behavior. please donnot book with us if feel uncomfortable about that. our building is 1970's, according to negative feedback, we will not doing anymore renovation, please donnot book with us if you wish a modern style. we accept all type cooking, such as chilli, fresh seafood and curry, cooking smell may not away for same day check in, please donnot book with us if feel uncomfortable about that. most of our linen are grey colour, rest are in brown, many of the bath towels, hand towels and face washer are in brown colour too. please donnot book with us if feel uncomfortable with that. Long stay discount is available (3 nights or more), please choose stay date and guests number, then use "contact host" button send me a message, I will reply with a special offer. We accept add guests or pet after booking, only need inform before check in and pay additional charge on arrival. However, we are not accept HIDE guests and/or pet. For this behaviour: If found before check in, no check in allowed untill additioanl charge paid; If found after check in, must pay additional charge plus $50 penalty or ask leave our property immediately; If found after check out, must pay additional charge plus $50 penalty.
