The space The DISTRICT: This little loft is conveniently located in Montorgueil village, perfect central district of Paris, one of the oldest and most typical and picturesque. You have a lot of cafes, good restaurant, a vegetable markets and a very good fromagerie and bakery... You are less 10 mn walk from the Louvre, Notre Dame, Seine river, Opera or Le Marais... It is also the heart of fashion and of parisian night life. You will be bathing in Paris way of life. I am sure you will fall in love with the city and its people! The APPARTMENT: From all the windows you have a very romantic view on the famous Paris roofs. The flat was designed by an architect. It is a charming 50m2 open space on 2 levels with 2 bedrooms at the 5th floor, under the roofs (no lift - rare heritage-listed building) Decorated with care, I will try to always improve the cosiness to make your stay unforgettable! Beds are High quality. In the main bed room you have a king size bed - 180 cm. Another bedroom for one or for children, and a new and confortable sofabed in the livingroom (2 sleeps - queen bed 140cm with a good mattress and gets open easily in 10 seconds). Duvets, sheets, towels are supplied. A lot of storage, a wardrobe. An Iron and an ironing board. A Bose mini II sound device for your music (connexion via Bluetooth with your phone). High Wifi. A fully furnished kitchen where you can experiment french cooking as the district is famous for their delicatessen shops. A paying cleaning service and delivery services are available can be established for long term rents. This flat is a very nice and quiet place to rest after hours going around, visiting the city. I will be happy to send you as soon as you will book the place an extensive list of our favorite cafés, restaurants, shops and must see places of the area, of the most interesting things to visit (monuments, exhibitions, shopping) in Paris. My family and I will also be as available as possible if you have questions or difficulties. Other things to note The apartment is on the fifth floor without elevator access. So we're sorry we can't accommodate people with disabilities.
