Guest suite in Ludham

Part of a picturesque barn and stable complex with bedroom/living room, en-suite, lobby, kitchenette and direct access to pretty shared courtyard garden with exotic plants and water feature. Set in the heart of the Broads National Park, two minute walk from Womack Water and river and five minutes to Ludham village pub and shop. Scenic river and marsh walks, nature trails, beaches, riverside pubs, boat hire all close by. Seal pups at Horsey a special off- season attraction December to February. The space Accessed from the courtyard garden and comprises a kitchenette with fridge, sink, combination microwave oven, toaster, portable hob, tea and coffee making facilities. The bedroom and living space has double bed, chairs, breakfast table, storage and smart TV. The en-suite has it's own bath and shower, together with towels, toiletries and supply of antibacterial sanitizer, antiviral surface cleaner and disinfectant wipes. Under floor heating provides cozy warmth for early and late season visitors. You can be assured after each stay the annexe is thoroughly clinically cleansed throughout with medically approved cleaner and in this difficult time any wish to remain isolated will be respected. Guest access There is off road parking and you will have independent and private access to the annexe and use of the courtyard garden, exclusive seating and table for your use are provided together with BBQ. Your host lives in the 300 year old barn conversion adjoining the courtyard. Other things to note Cleanliness has always been highest priority and with covid-19 still on everyone's mind extra special attention is given to deep sanitized cleaning between stays and extra cleaning supplies are supplied for guests. A week before arrival guests will be personally messaged regarding self check in details and self distancing will be respected and strictly adhered to.
