Scenic river and marsh walks, nature trails, beaches, riverside pubs, boat hire all close by. Seal pups at Horsey a special off- season attraction December to February. The space Accessed from the courtyard garden, outside seating under oak pergola, comfortable seating, barbecue, settle and electric hob. Accommodation comprises kitchenette with fridge, sink, combination microwave oven, toaster, portable hob, tea and coffee making facilities. The bedroom and living space has double bed, chairs, breakfast table, storage and smart TV. The en-suite has its own bath and shower, together with towels and toiletries. Under floor heating provides cozy warmth for early and late season visitors. You can be assured after each stay the annexe is thoroughly clinically cleansed throughout Guest access There is off road parking and you will have independent and private access to the annexe and use of the courtyard garden, exclusive seating under oak pergola with BBQ. Your host lives in the 300 year old barn conversion adjoining the courtyard. Other things to note The annexe is in the heart of The Broads National Park with a wealth of things to do and see. Riverside walks and pubs, boat and cycle hire, nature reserves, national trust properties and seaside all close by. Peace and quiet so sit under pergola and do nothing!
