A charming guest home for business travelers and local visitors with extended stays. The space This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor of a charming triplex designed with comfort and hospitality in mind: There is a desk and ergonomic office chair, a memory foam mattress, futon-style couch, gas stove, and a selection of pillows (medium, firm and memory foam) so you can get the perfect night's rest. With advance notice, we can also provide a pack 'n' play, high chair, and/or 2 high-quality, self inflating twin size air mattresses. The apartment is in a quiet, shaded residential neighborhood, two blocks from the historic business district and two miles from the hospital. This is a dedicated guest residence. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom all have plenty of room for you to unpack and make yourself feel at home. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dry goods and spices, coffee, tea and some snacks. There is also a grocery store two blocks away. Guest access Guests will have one garage bay in a shared 3-car garage. There is a shared front porch, entryway and foyer, which leads to the door of each apartment. Guests must be able to climb stairs. There is a half flight of stairs up to the front entrance and a full flight of stairs up to the 2nd floor. Other things to note The apartment has Wi-Fi. While there is no cable/satellite service, the unit has a smart TV with some free channels and the ability to stream content from a variety of providers. There is also a DVD player and selection of DVDs. The apartment has no hard-wired phone line. This is a 500 sq. ft 1 bedroom apartment. The space can accommodate no more than 2 adults, and potentially up to 2 children. Please coordinate with us in advance if you need any of the following: pack-n-play, toddler bed, high chair, twin size air mattress(es), and/or 4-person kitchen table (instead of 2-person table).
