A clean & comfortable single room in a quiet, well-kept owner-occupied family home, ideal for short stays near Heathrow or longer stays for work or visiting family. The room is simple, tidy and suited to solo travellers, professionals or airport stopovers. Good transport links: Close to Heathrow Airport Hounslow West Tube Station to Central London/Heathrow Southall Train Station - Elizabeth Line 482/H32 to Hounslow High Street Free parking on street Close to amenities(Tesco, local takeaways) The space Comfortable single bed for one guest Fresh bedding and towels Hanging unit for clothes Under bed storage for luggage Free Wi-Fi Kitchen access Clean shared bathroom Garden/patio access (weather permitting) Guest access Free to use the kitchen but I have one rule, "leave it how you find it" in other words be considerate by leaving clean and tidy after use with items put away for the next person. Tesco's is less than 5 minutes away to purchase your own food, etc as I do not supply this. The washing machine can be used with prior agreement and a small charge. Feel free to relax in the garden if the sun decides to make an appearance. During your stay Feel free to knock on my door, text or call. More than happy to have a chat especially when we are in the common spaces...kitchen, dining room etc but if you want time to yourself I know how "to read the room" you'll get your peace. Other things to note The room is for the registered guest only; additional visitors are not permitted. This is a shared, owner occupied home with other household members present. It's best suited to guests who value a calm and respectful environment. We kindly ask guests to remove shoes on entry - slippers or socks are perfect indoors. Food and drink should be enjoyed in the kitchen or dining area, not in the bedroom. When heading out please ensure windows and doors are secured when leaving the property For everyone's safety candles are not permitted. Flexible check-in may be possible depending on my schedule — feel free to message in advance and I'll do my best to accommodate. Check-out is by 10am unless otherwise agreed in advanced. Longer stays are welcome.
