Hello dear traveling friends, lovers of the countryside, we welcome you in a beautiful typical 3-star and 3-key house. A friendly place located next to the family home. We're attached to it. The accommodation is rented only from 2 days, we are committed to cleanliness. Sheets are provided, if you wish the cleaning is done by us, the cost is 70 euros and we can provide you with towels for 8 euros per week per person. The space It is a house full of charm, it consists of a large living room of 50 m2, where there is a kitchen area, a living room and a large old fireplace. This room opens onto a large 25 m2 south-facing terrace. The terrace is located above the courtyard/garden of the house (see photos). Note: sheets are provided. We accommodate in the house for reasons of configuration and by choice, priority families up to 5 (2 adults and 1, 2, 3 children) or 3 adults maximum, for any questions contact us. Upstairs, a small bathroom with toilet, two bedrooms, one of which opens onto the mezzanine which opens above the living room. The second is equipped with 3 or 4 beds of 90 cm, including a bunk bed. In the basement with courtyard access, a bathroom, shower, toilet, storage space, washing machine. The house is equipped with central heating and a wood stove located in the fireplace (see photo), modern kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, TV, kitchen equipment, garden table, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue, games, books, IGN maps, guide, local info, pétanque court very close, large parking. You can practice a multitude of activities: mountain hiking, cycling, swimming (waterfalls, lakes, swimming pools, rivers), fishing nearby (in lakes and rivers), mushroom picking in autumn and deer hunting... In winter, cross-country skiing on the plateaus, and around the resorts: downhill skiing in Lioran and Prat de Bouc (37 km or 35 min)... tourist guides available in the gîte. Linens are provided, beds are made. The village is covered by 4G, no internet connection problem, with your mobile and your phone the connection sharing works perfectly. Guest access Everything is accessible except the part at the back of the garage, where furniture is stored, see sign.
