A furnished 4-bedroom suites ideal for 8 persons. The place exhibits modern architectural design with glass walls overlooking pine trees and mountain ranges. This includes one master’s bedroom with its own T&B in the ground floor. Two more bedrooms are located in the third floor, also with their own T&B in each room. In the basement, one bedroom with a bunk bed again and its own T&B plus one driver's quarter. The space We have a barbeque grill outside where you can grill your steak, barbeque or fresh Baguio vegetables. One pack of charcoal is provided for free, but subsequent packs are available for a minimal fee. Oh, please feel free to pick fresh Rosemary scattered around the property. :) Guest access The place was designed with the principle of modern architecture in mind. Here you can enjoy lots of space and generous views. Located near the parking area is an art gallery where paintings and sculptures are on display. Some works of local artists are also available in the gallery. We aim to provide our guests with a quiet and comfortable stay. With this, we request all guests to please comply with our policy regarding the number of persons allowed per unit. We reserve the right to refuse guests who go beyond the agreed number of guests. If bringing a pet, we allow 1 or 2 small pets only. Guests are also discouraged from holding events or large gatherings in the units. For the comfort of all our guests, visitors are allowed to stay only until 10 pm. Thank you for understanding. Other things to note The spacious living room area boasts of a high ceiling design furnished with stylish yet comfortable couches to create a modern home appeal. The living room joins the dining area, divided only by a short flight of stairs. This interior design strategy makes up a generously spacious look. The kitchen is also fully equipped with cooking and dining utensils. This is ideal for a staycation so you can prepare your meals in the apartments instead of eating out. Please take note that only one vehicle is allowed for each unit. You can park your second service vehicle inside if there are no guests in other units. Otherwise, extra vehicles will be parked along Greenwater Road. During this pandemic, staffs are not allowed to go inside the units as our safety protocol. Rate depends on the number of person and special monthly rates are given for those interested.
