Our villa is located in the heart of a quiet residential neighborhood. It was built with investment and love: wood flooring combined with stone, iron windows, wide and pampering showers and spacious conversion rooms plus a fireplace. Of course, there is a equipped safe room. The kitchen is completely equipped: dishwasher, induction stove, oven, extractor, coffee maker. In the flowering garden an outdoor kitchen, a grill and a smoker. The pool is large, around it natural basalt flooring. In the winter - by reservation in advance - the pool is heated. In the routine this is our residential home and it includes personal belongings that will be hidden. When you come, you'll feel like you've arrived at a thoughtful vacation home ready for a pampering family stay. The space The privacy here is complete: one front of the villa overlooking Nui Park and a second front to an open public area. In the garden (and in the distance from the accommodation area) there is a lively living area: in the chickens, a parrot and an ornamental fish pond.
