Double Room 2 with double bed plus double sofa bed

A bedroom with a double bed available at this property. Conveniently placed for trips to beaches, Purbecks, Jurassic Coast, New Forest, Bournemouth beach, Poole, Swanage, Corfe Castle, 45 minutes to Durdle Door by car and much more. Towels provided. Wi-Fi. Bus Stops outside of property, to Poole bus station , Poole hospital, train station, Bournemouth. Friendly small dog lives here. The space Comfortable, Modern, clean Double Room with own TV, WI-FI, Tea / Coffee, towels provided. Bed is Double. There is also a double sofa bed in the room, although when in use, space is very limited & no access to wardrobe. We have a second double room available too, this room can also accommodate a third person with a duvalay mattress on the floor on request. There will be a charge of £15 for the extra person. Children over 2 Years are classed as extra guest (by Airbnb) so would be charged £15/night extra. Guest access Bathroom, Kitchen (Fridge / microwave only). Don’t worry If you plan to stay out late; we will provide you with a front door key then you can come in any time you want to, but please be respectful to other guests who may be sleeping . This is a smoke free home , there is a sheltered smoking area on the decking with an ashtray provided. Please refrain from drinking alcohol on or in the property. Thank you. During your stay I am a friendly and outgoing person who loves to chat and get to know people. I am happy to help and interact with guests but also give people their space if they prefer. I can assist you with my local knowledge of the area. I have a small 16 year old deaf Jack Russel cross Pattendale dog who is very friendly. Other things to note Tea & coffee facilities are provided in the bedroom. This is a Bungalow, so all amenities are on one level (apart from the small step at the front & rear door), ideal for those with slight disabilities. Parking is available on the driveway, however, let me know if you require a car space. If the drive is full there is a very near side road which offers easy parking only 1 minute from the property. No smoking in the house there is a sheltered area on the decking with an ashtray provided. Please vacate the home by 10 am on your last morning. Thank you Melanie
