A cozy one-room apartment - a hall, a large kitchen-dining room with a glazed balcony overlooking the street, a bathroom, the room itself - 1 double bed, a sofa, windows overlooking the street. The apartment is located in the resort district, 30 minutes from the center, 15-20 minutes from the park, in a 5-storey building (1975), on the 3rd floor, without an elevator. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for living - gas stove, water heater, electric kettle, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi. All the infrastructure is nearby. Other things to note We provide transfers to/from the airport/railway station. ✅We provide individual excursions on comfortable transport: Healing Springs, Honey Falls, Tea House, Mount Kol'tso, Jily-Su (North side of Elbrus + Narzan springs and Kupeli, visit to the Waterfalls).
