Nice studio completely refurbished located on the main street that leads to the thermal baths, with parking right in front. This studio is on the ground floor and access is directly from the street, the accommodation has secure windows and doors. Fully equipped for the kitchen, cutlery, dishes, microwave grill, washer-dryer, induction cooktop, fridge, coffee maker, kettle,... toilet separate from the bathroom. TV area with internet. Storage cupboards. The space Studio classified 3 stars, refurbished, 400 m from the thermal baths and on one level. Close to the Baronnies, the mythical passes of the Tour de France, Lourdes or simply a walk in nature. You will enter the studio through a separate entrance in front of your parking space, on your left you have the kitchen area with everything you need to prepare your meals independently. Microwave grill, induction stove, fridge freezer, toaster, blender, mini casserole oven, coffee maker, kettle and all the dishes. On the right behind the door is a storage closet, then two armchairs for the TV area with footrest and rolling coffee table. The toilets are independent of the bathroom and are located in front of the bed. The sleeping area has two blackout curtains, a 140 cm bed (sheets provided) and a storage closet with hangers and shelves. The bathroom is behind the wooden sliding door, a spacious 90 x 90 shower awaits you with shower gel and shampoo, a vanity top with shelf (towels provided), and towel dryer. The studio benefits from new electric heating as well as double glazing. If needed, we are reachable because our accommodation is right next door. Guest access The studio is part of a main residence but is completely independent of it. Access is private.
