Self contained with pool and spa

Our comfortable, homely 1 bedroom self contained studio in Cockle Bay, it's clean & tidy with a bedroom and wardrobe ,a lounge that includes a large flat screen TV, table and chairs as well as a pull out sofa couch, the lounge opens out to a ranch slider and deck to where the Spa is located. Separate kitchen, bathroom & laundry and your own access. We live in the main house (separate) from you, we are a family of 4 with 2 young children. The space Self contained studio, clean & tidy, peek sea views, walking distance to the local Howick beaches and cute Howick village with great shops, cafes & bars and local supermarket is just 600 meters walk away with a 1 minute drive or an 8 minute walk. There is a bus stop is at the top of our street. The flat which is approx 40m2 has newr new carpet, a renovated kitchen and bathroom vanity and is freshly decorated, bedroom has 1 x king bed, wardrobe, we can arrange a single bed if needed, includes a sofa bed, flat screen TV and fast fibre internet for your use- spacious flat with your own laundry, kitchen & bathroom. You’ll also note that we have a pool which is fully fenced and is heated spring to autumn. We also have a Spa pool you can enjoy right out the front of your place. (Spa turned on by request). Guest access Full kitchen with dishwasher & equiped with cooking items (brand new built in electric hob), pots, pans, platters etc...clean linen, extra blankets & bedding, bath towels & beach towels 1x queen bed & a sofa bed. Other things to note 1. We live in the main house- family of 4 with 1 very friendly dog which is a small Spoodle who is 7 years old and his name is Alfie. He has never bit anyone and if he barks it’s only because he doesn’t know you but is super friendly once he knows you. 2. We have two children, our 11 year old boy named Jackson and our 12 year old girl named Tylah - we are separate from you. 3. Please note that the spa will be turned off unless requested on and will need about 12 to 14 hours to heat up heat up if required. 4. For guests coming that bring a child under 2 there is no extra charge but we do require lots of notice so we can set up for you. 5. The pool is fully fenced and you will need to make sure you look after any kids that need supervising
