No loud parties or large groups of people bouncing around sorry. My neighbour downstairs will probably complain. There are TVs in the lounge and main bedroom with set top boxes for Netflix but no DSTV or normal TV channels. For exercise, Virgin Active Point is a walkable distance, as is the Eco-Park and Mouille Point promenade through the park
