A quiet retreat in an old Greek craftsman home, remodeled in an industrial style with unique features that give an abundance of natural light and breathtaking 360° views of the Golden Horn and Modern Istanbul. Our loft includes TWO terraces, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with all antique furniture, Netflix & fast WiFi. Located in a family neighborhood a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of Istiklal Street/Taksim and Galata. The space Wow... This loft was built ground up by the owner. His dream and passion can be seen from the small accents of the steel beams to the large exposed brick walls. This apartment was crafted with the desire to create a unique space, not replicable anywhere else in the world. The rooftop 360° terrace lets you live above the city, where the birds may be jealous. The master bedroom gives dual view of modern and ancient Istanbul with high ceilings, a vanity, dresser and clothing rack. The second bedroom offers a cozy space behind the large curtain of the living room, with views of the English consulate and Beyoglu. The terraces offer a comfortable hosting environment. There is a table for up to 8 guests on the main terrace, seating for 25 and a chill swing chair for one to relax and unwind. The rooftop terrace accessed by custom designed Italian stairs, gives 360° views with light fixtures and seating cushions provided. The living room offers relaxation with large windows into the past, Netflix, YouTube & high-speed Internet access throughout the house. The Kitchen is fully equipped and provides full amenities serviceable for 6+ guests. The bathroom is designed in a modern fashion with a skylight that allows you to watch the birds and clouds of Istanbul as you shower. Guest access We are on the 6th floor, that means climbing up some stairs. Do not worry, that means extra kebab, extra baklava and extra excellent sleep for you! If you require help with carrying your luggage we are more than willing to help, please let us know in advance! PS: foreigner tourists in Turkey are exceptional from all types of lockdowns.
