September Cottage is a sunny, cosy cottage in Salcombe with far reaching countryside views and estuary glimpses, just a 5-10 minute walk from the town centre / Whitestrand Quay. Benefitting from a private tuscan-style sun terrace which is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sunshine, and al fresco sunset barbeques: plus a balcony from the living area offers beautiful countryside views. The property sleeps six people in its three bedrooms. There is also parking for two mid-sized cars. The space Entry is via the utility room directly into the spacious, well equipped kitchen/diner, which includes oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, and washing machine as well as a casual table with seating for six. Moving through to the living room, a smart TV, and two settees and then the dining area with french doors to the balcony. The wood burner on the plans is for decorative purposes only and is not usable. In addition, there is a downstairs toilet/shower room, plus access via the side lobby to the sun terrace. The small, sloped garden provides extra garden space. Upstairs the master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with fantastic views across the countryside: a second large bedroom has twin beds, which can be used as a queen-sized bed for two if preferred; the third bedroom offers a small-double bed with countryside views and a wall hung table suitable for impromptu office work. The family bathroom has toilet, basin, and shower cubicle. Linen and towels are included. Access The property is accessed via a narrow lane from Raleigh Terrace: there you will find parking for two mid-sized cars. There is a short sloping path and 6 steps down to the property, therefore no wheelchair access. There is space to allow you to leave bicycles outside at the property during your stay. Guests with small children should ensure the windows on upper floors are kept locked when children are unaccompanied, to prevent the risk of a fall. No Smoking. The property is one minute walk from the local Spar convenience store, which is well stocked with holiday essentials. On Saturday evenings in the summer there is a mobile Fish and Chip van which parks outside the Spar between 18.00-20.00
