Your own private secure entrance and private space with luxurious double bed, and newly refurbished ensuite shower room, fully equipped modern kitchen, free Wi-Fi, Freeview TV, walk in wardrobe, shelving, dining area and sofa. Enjoy moonlight and star gazing in this luxury five star ground floor apartment! Sleeps 2 adults in a double bed, there is room for a cot in the bedroom area, this area essentially sleeps 2 adults and an infant. A cot can be provided if required. The kitchen has a sofa bed that sleeps an adult or two small children as the mattress is just larger than a single bed. The kitchen cannot be used when the sofa bed is extended. The apartment is small and cosy but fully equipped, there is a step down into the en-suite, and there is a step down into the walk in wardrobe, private and secure and was formerly part of my family home. Guest access The Cosy Cottontail Studio Apartment is a self-contained fully equipped welcoming home from home, where guests can feel at ease in their private apartment, all towels, robes and bed linen are provided for you. You will find ample parking on the road and the drive can be used for loading and unloading. If you need to contact the host please just knock on the door, call, email or unplug the lawnmower that will get my attention, I love my home and I'm usually available should you need anything, just knock on the door and I will welcome you in and treat you like a friend. Other things to note The immediate area is very quiet and peaceful, a few dog walkers going past each morning and evening and from your window you will see wild rabbits running around the adjacent woodland, you will also see grey squirrels running up and down the trees, and the neighbouring owls can be heard hooting at night. The apartment was once a part of my home, it has been extended and securely sectioned off from the main house, but still has the benefit of overlooking my garden lawns, patios, flowerbeds and trees, the entrance door faces the adjacent woodland, sit in bed and enjoy the peacefulness of your surroundings and listen to the birdsong...
