Other things to note A pack & play and high chair can be delivered for an additional cost. $25 for one item, or $35 for both. There is one on-site parking spot. It is best for a compact car. If your car doesn't fit, street parking is very easy to find within 1-2 blocks of the apartment. On holidays and summer weekends, you may have to park 3-5 blocks away. ***Please note*** We have a zero tolerance for noise violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No guests are allowed at the property without prior approval. All guests must leave the property during quiet hours. (Guests = people not on the reservation.) Absolutely No Smoking on Property!!! Air Conditioning is a unit located in the main living area. With the use of fans, it keeps the condo cool most of the year. It can still sometimes get hot during a heat wave.
