The ESCOUARAOU chalet (gitenaturepyrenees) in old wood exudes a cozy atmosphere in which you will love to meet, with family or friends. The Escouaraou cottage (gitenaturepyrenees) has been renovated with quality materials (old wood, stone, large bay windows overlooking the mountain, etc.). It exudes a cozy atmosphere conducive to relaxation. We have also ensured the comfort of our guests by equipping the cottage optimally. Fireplace, wood stove, eco-friendly thermal insulation and the latest standards. We will be there to welcome our guests and show them everything they need to know about the house of course, but also about the beautiful walks to take (in France and Spain), the trails not to be missed... the operation of the Nordic bath for those who have taken the option... Guest access Melles is located on the Spanish border. If you can find enough to do extra shopping in the village (at the inn), it is better to take the car and go to Spain (supermarket 6 km away) or France (10 km away) to stock up. The village is at an altitude of 900 m. About twenty km from Luchon, a few km from the thermal baths of Lès, Melles is the starting point for many walks and hikes. Access to the cottage is via a small path, 50 meters long, shared with that of the recently renovated barn.
