American Heritage Baguio Home w/big Pine tree lawn

PLEASE READ our details. A new modern country property within a 100 year old and 1200 sqm lot Traditional Baguio heritage home in a quiet but central part of the city. The stand-alone garden unit has its own private entry, a porch, facing a garden of Pine trees, a bonfire pit. Walking distance to Teacher's Camp, Botanical Garden, and restaurants and bars, plus a 10min jeep ride to SM Baguio, Camp John Hay, and Session Road. Modern cozy country interiors with 2 bedrooms , 2 bath, and kitchen. The space What you are renting is our own stand along sub-unit at the garden grounds level of a century old Baguio Pinewood home with its own entrance and porch. Modern convenience with rustic elements using actual Baguio Pinewood that was harvested from the property. The main upper house (private and not for rent) is a heritage private vacation home and has been used for numerous location shootings such as Honor Thy Father (John Lloyd Cruz) and Citizen Jake, more recently Glorious of Angel Aquino and Tony Labrusca... amongst many. The space can accommodate a STRICT and non-negotiable maximum of 8 persons (adults and children above 2 years) ONLY. Please respect this as we do not entertain impromptu additions, regardless. Host reserves the right to deny entry if actual head count exceeds what is registered on Airbnb. Pets are allowed - MAXIMUM OF 2 ONLY and small to mid-sized. Pets are NOT allowed on the beds/sofa/chairs regardless if trained. Odors stay on the upholstery. Extra cleaning charges will be added should this not be followed. Large pets if needing to come needs to stay in the porch only - but needs prior approval. See Additional Prices section if more than 4 persons are staying. In the shared room, the top bunk beds are single-sized. Lower bunk beds are standard double. The Master’s bedroom has a queen-sized bed. We do not provide extra mattresses. If you have a driver/yaya, they can use the driver's/staff quarters for an extra fee of P300 per person per night. We also have a basic kitchen setup, using an induction cooker with pots and pans compatible with it. Rice cooker and other basic kitchen appliances are available. Firewood for the bonfire pit might be available for sale with caretaker. (please check). Guest access This is an ancestral house that is divided into 2 houses: upper and lower. The lower house is what is featured and is the Airbnb rental. Guests can use the private villa, parking, whole garden area with a bonfire pit (firewood can be purchased). Other things to note NOTE: The Airbnb calendar is real-time and accurate. If the dates don't show as available or are grayed out, it means they are already booked. You can only book the available dates. FOR PHOTOSHOOTS: We require full payment for 8 guests as a royalty fee for doing a photoshoot in the space. FOR GUESTS WITH PETS: MAXIMUM OF 2 pets - ONLY and small to mid-sized. Pets are NOT allowed on the beds/sofa/chairs regardless if trained. Odors stay on the upholstery. Extra cleaning charges will be added should this not be followed. Large pets if needing to come needs to stay in the porch only - but needs prior approval. The Pet fees cover the usual extra cleaning for pet fur and odors of pet hair BUT does NOT cover "pet accidents" on any furniture. Pets need to wear pet diapers inside the premises if you would like them to roam freely regardless if trained or not. Any "accidents" inside the home will be deemed chargeable with extra cleaning fees. Only a maximum of 2 cars can be parked inside the compound but subject to availability from time to time.
