Our beautiful 2 bedroom loft style condo is the perfect urban escape in the heart of Riverdale, a trendy neighborhood between downtown Toronto and Leslieville. Steps away from the Broadview hotel with many restaurants, breweries, shops and parks in the area. Just minutes to the distillery district and within walking distance of the St Lawrence Market. The space The condo is super spacious with 10 ft high ceilings, lots of windows and two balconies on different sides of the unit. The Master bedroom features a king size bed, large TV with cable, finished closet, en suite bathroom with rainfall shower and separate bathtub. The second bedroom is also a great size and includes a queen bed, small closet, and dedicated work space with great natural light. Please note both bedrooms have sliding glass doors with a small gap between the door and the wall and are therefore not fully sound proof. A second full bath is located down the hall next to the ensuite laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, spacious fridge, gas range, and all appliances. There is a dinning room table and bistro style seating at the kitchen island. The spacious open concept living room features a large couch, we have cable which includes Netflix and Crave. Other amenities include records + record player, board games, books, and a spin bike. Guest access There are Bus and Street car stops at the corner of Queen and Broadview, as well as a bike share station located 50 meters from the building. We have 1 underground parking spot available for use, as well as paid parking in the building for guests, and paid parking is available along Broadview.
