Lovely Amalfi panoramic house with garden

Our apartment is located in a typical coastal house with the barrel vaults of older homes, whitewashed walls, and surrounded by flower gardens. The apartment has independent access, a large private terrace with a flowered pergola, a tiled table and garden chairs, and a small panoramic solarium with a sun lounger. It can accommodate two people. If you're traveling with another couple, you can book the two apartments in our house together. The space The private terrace offers you the possibility of having lunch outside in the shade or having dinner enjoying the evening breeze surrounded by the greenery of the garden and the view of the coast. On the terrace you will find a table and chairs, two deckchairs. On the panoramic solarium you will find a sun lounger. The independent entrance allows you full freedom of access. The bedroom has a double bed of 160x190 cm. The kitchen is separate and equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, gas stove with pots and pans and utensils for cooking, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, milk frother, moka coffee maker. You will find a starter kit for breakfast and basic cooking supplies: oil, salt, vinegar. The living room is equipped with two sofas, a table for breakfast and has a balcony with a wide open view of the sea and the coast. The bathroom has a shower cabin with elegant glass box, with towels and hairdryer and washing machine. The decorations of the tiles are handmade in the typical colors of the Coast. The handmade terracotta floor makes each "riggiola" unique. You will discover the charm of tradition in modern comfort: Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection, hot/cold air conditioning and heating for the winter period. Guest access Guests have independent access to the apartment. Our house has double access: one pedestrian and vehicular from via Valle di Pogerola and one pedestrian only from via Sopramare. To get to the apartment there are 20 steps from the street level. The bus stop is 800 meters from the house. Bars, restaurants and shops are in Piazza Don Gaetano Amodio which is a 10-minute walk away by walking down the steps of via Sopramare or by walking along via Valle di Pogerola and via Papa Leone X. You can reach the center of Amalfi on foot by going down the steps of via Sopramare if you are trained for this type of route or by the SITASUD bus which leaves every hour from Piazza Don Gaetano Amodio. We will give you all the directions and timetables when you are there. If you arrive with your own car to our house, we would like to point out that public parking on the street is not always available and for this reason we have an agreement with a parking lot a short distance from our house at €20 per day, to be paid on site directly to the owner of the parking lot. It is necessary to book the parking lot in advance of the arrival date. Other things to note Please remember that upon arrival we will need your documents for the registration required by the authorities and you will have to pay us in cash the tourist tax of 3€ per night per person for the first 4 nights and 1.50€ for the following nights.
