Family house of 160 m2 with garden. Pleasantly located 5 minutes from the Château de Chaumont and its gardens. 15 minutes from Blois. 30 minutes from the Château de Chenonceau, 15 minutes from the Château d'Amboise. Ideally located for bike rides. The town of Onzain has all the necessary shops. We rent out the house during our vacation. It's a house where we live year-round. Our personal belongings are all removed during rentals. Also note our cat stays at home :-) The space The whole house. Except garage and room behind the laundry room + one bedroom upstairs. Guest access The entire house except 1 bedroom located upstairs, the garage and a small room behind the laundry room (storage room) Other things to note We provide bed sheets. One bath towel per person. We also ask that you leave the house as you found it, vacuum and a little mopping especially in the kitchen and living room. Thank you very much :-)
