Welcome to the heart of the historic center of Castellammare del Golfo. Featuring a contemporary design, this studio offers a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed and soft towels. You'll enjoy a smart TV and a Lavazza machine. Located within walking distance of the picturesque port of Castellammare and the beach, our studio is surrounded by all the amenities you might need. Inside the condominium, you will have access to a washer and dryer. The space Our brand new condominium, recently renovated, is just 50 meters from the main street and 300 meters from the port. Our apartment offers a cozy balcony with chairs and a coffee table, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with your favorite coffee or tea, with a touch of fresh air and views of the neighborhood. Amenities: Air conditioning, bathroom with large shower, kitchen equipped with dishes, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hairdryer, unlimited fast internet and 32" smart TV. In addition, you will be welcomed by a large and comfortable bed with goose down pillows, safe, open wardrobe and balcony with coffee table and chairs where you can have breakfast. We provide an initial package for the comfort of your stay (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper, tea, coffee, kitchen roll, sugar, salt, napkins, water, sparkling wine, extra virgin olive oil, dishwashing detergent, cleaning spray) but you will need to purchase your own services after these are depleted. Linens: We provide a complete set of bed linens and towels for each person. Extra bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee. Guest access When you arrive, you can easily access our condominium and your apartment via a unique code, which will be sent to you on the day of your arrival by message, ensuring maximum flexibility and security during your stay. This solution allows you to enjoy total autonomy without the need to coordinate arrival times or worry about losing keys. We'll take care of you during your stay. You will have a reference phone number available to which you can write for any need. Other things to note - We welcome small pets with an additional cleaning fee (€40), and we also beach towel rental (€10) and baby kit (€30) upon request. - To ensure compliance with Italian law, we kindly ask you to provide your identity documents. - Check-in and check-out times: We inform you that check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; while check-out is by 10:00 a.m. If you need to check in after 9:00 p.m. or check out after 10:00 a.m. (by 1:00 p.m.), these have a cost of €30.00. Personal check-in: We can arrange a meeting with someone at the apartment, please let us know in advance. - Parking: We don't have parking for this building, but free and paid parking is available near the property. - Luggage storage service: Unfortunately, we don't have a luggage storage room inside the apartment. However, if you need it, please kindly let us know in advance so that we can arrange a meeting at the property to find the best solution for you. Here you can expect a high quality service, although keep in mind that we do not offer hotel services. However, we can arrange a weekly cleaning service as an extra upon request.
