Spacious, sunny house in Wellington

My sunny, quiet home is close to the city (12 minute drive or 20 minute bus ride), it's a 3 bedroom house, which comfortably sleeps 4. Kid friendly. Ideal for a family with 2 kids. Close to zoo, Wellington Hospital & Island Bay. There are two resident cats called Dusky and Joey. They are both friendly and fine with kids, but if cats aren’t your thing this isn’t the place for you. They’ll let themselves in and out of the house but need feeding twice a day. The space The house is super sunny and has a nice open plan flow in the kitchen, dining room, living room and outdoor deck leading to the grassy area. Guest access You'll be able to access all parts of the house (except some cupboards) Other things to note There is parking on the street and you need to walk up about 10 stairs from the street and then another 10 steps from the path to my house. It’s very Wellington. Also, I have 2 friendly cats who let themselves in and out during your stay. I would ask that you feed them. I would like to add that my Airbnb is my home and while I will leave it clean and tidy for you, I am not able to remove all of my personal items. If you’re looking for hotel-like accommodation where there are no personal items and it doesn’t feel like a home I wouldn’t recommend my place.
