The space Located 100 meters from the Port Geographe Marina, and directly across the road from the beach where you can swim and fish and play with all the family and friends. This older style two story 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, has a balcony with an out door setting where you can sip a cocktail and watch the sunset each night. It can sleep 8 comfortably with room for a couple more if you are bringing children. The Layout : Upstairs - Large Lounge area with a built in Bar and Balcony. The master bedroom has an ensuite and a super sized king bed which faces the ocean so you can wake up to ocean views! Downstairs - Kitchen is open plan with dining and lounge area. Kitchen has a dishwasher and all essentials you need for cooking. Bedroom 1 - Has a double bed. Bedroom 2 - Has a queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 - Has a bunk bed, double on bottom and single on top. Bathroom is recently renovated and has a bath tub. Parking - There is parking for one big car and one small car under the sheltered pergola out the back - minimum of two cars please - if more cars spaces please advise so we can accommodate for this. The block is 1000 sqm with the owners living in the apartment behind the main front house. The only thing shared is the driveway. Please note this residence does not offer a laundry however a laundry service of Bag washes for $10 can be accommodated. This property we have up until recently listed the apartment as the Airbnb, and we have lived in the front house. This summer we will be switching around to share the amazing front residence to our Airbnb followers to enjoy the most amazing panoramic views of Busselton’s waters. Pets - Pets are welcome for the added fee listed (pls seek approval from hosts first) Please note - pets that are shedding dogs will require an additional cleaning fee Bond of $250. If the place is left “hairless” then the cleaning fee can be refunded - the cleaners will advise on this once they clean it. Please note pets are not allowed upstairs or on any furniture or beds. Please get in touch with us to tell us your pet type, breed and age for approval. Pets must be well behaved, friendly to other animals and humans and must be toilet trained. Our council state pets are not to be left alone at the property, please talk to me about this as I can accommodate this on occasions for your pet. Cleaning Fee - If the residence is not left in the condition found and as per the cleaning requirements of what’s included in the fee, a cost of $85 per hour will be charged on top of the cleaning fee already paid. The cleaning fee paid covers - all bedrooms and bathroom linen, mopping floors and bathrooms. If the place is left spotless we are happy to refund up to $150 in the cleaning fee. Guests have access to a shared driveway and park under the carport. The backyard which is separated by a carport and is not accessible to guests past this point.
