Charming old farmhouse, spacious (320m2), from the 18th century. Located in a 5ha green setting of natural beauty, in the Chartreuse and close to the clear and warm waters of Lac d 'Aiguebelette. Around the lake you'll find restaurants, beaches, and an abundance of activities. Immediate access to several hiking trails. Winter activities are a 40-minute drive away. 19 people maximum (max 14 adults + children) No parties. Supplement of €25/night/pers after 17 pers. The space A very spacious property, perfect for gatherings of family, friends. Cyclists and walkers can enjoy the many trails and routes around Lake Aiguebelette and beyond. In winter, winter sports: alpine skiing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing... can be reached in less than 40 minutes by car, whether in the Chartreuse or in the Bauges. 11m x 5m swimming pool and available during summer. Our property is located at the end of a hamlet of a few houses, peaceful and quiet, at the foot of Mont Aiguebelette with views of Lake Aiguebelette. We are 20 minutes from Chambery, 55 minutes from Lyon, 40 minutes from Annecy, 45 minutes from Grenoble and 1.5 hours from major ski resorts like the Trois Valleys. The lake is 700m away as the crow flies. The shores of the lake have seven beaches that during the summer, offer varied possibilities in terms of water sports, a wide variety of restaurants for all tastes and cafes. This quaint corner of Savoy following an ecotourism policy is sure to seduce you. A catering service is available on request, whether for an arrival meal or a festive dinner. Please contact us for more information Features our guests love: - Beautiful setting and environment - Very well-equipped kitchen - Spacious house (about 320m²) with large grounds (almost 5ha) - 5 bathrooms The house is made up of: Ground floor: - Large dining room with a table that fits up to 17+ people, access to the terrace. - large living room with fireplace, TV, DVD's bcp at your disposal, board games, access to the terrace. - very well equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, gas hob with 5 fireplaces, dishwasher, microwave, access to the terrace. - toilet room Fisrt floor: - Bedrooms 1 and 2 - a family suite (two bedrooms next door) one with a queen bed, 2nd with bunk beds (90x190), bathroom. - Bedroom 3 - bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, access to the balcony. - Bedrooms 4 and 5 - a family suite (two bedrooms next door) one with a queen bed, second with bunk beds (80x190) - these bunk beds are suitable for children under 14 years old), bathroom. - Bedroom 6 - double bedroom with a large bed, bathroom, access to the balcony. Middle floor - Room 7 - very large room for three people in the attic with 2 single beds and a futon (we can add two folding beds for additional children). - Bedroom 8 - bedroom with a queen bed. - One bathroom shared between bedrooms 7 and 8. It's possible to divide 3 of the queen beds into 6 single beds. Please give us 7 days' notice if you would like one of the double beds to be separated, so that more single beds are available for your group. The entirety of our vast grounds is at your disposal - including the terrace in the sun, furnished for eating outdoors, plus the pool. During the summer season the children are welcome to use our trampoline and you will find a ping pong table, foosball and a volleyball court in the park. Our garden also serves you as a starting point for many walks and hikes including our favorite: Mont Grêle. Beds made for check-in, one towel per person is provided. You must bring towels for the pool. We do not accept pets. Other things to note The house is suitable for either a maximum of 14 adults or up to 18 people if there are children. For people allergic to animals, please note that we have 3 quiet and docile cats. They are not allowed in the house. During the summer season, it is possible that there will be horses in our park. We don't accept dogs. We have an independent studio at the back of the house that is used by us from time to time, without any inconvenience to our guests. There is a washing machine available for stays longer than 3 nights.
