Cyclists and walkers can enjoy the many trails and routes around Lake Aiguebelette and beyond. In winter, winter sports: alpine skiing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing... are accessible in less than 40 minutes by car, whether in Chartreuse or in the Bauges. 11 m x 5 m pool and available during the summer period. Our property is located at the end of a hamlet of a few houses, peaceful and quiet, at the foot of Mont Grêle with views of Lake Aiguebelette. We are 20 minutes from Chambery, 55 minutes from Lyon, 40 minutes from Annecy, 45 minutes from Grenoble and 1.5 hours from major ski resorts such as Les Trois Vallées. The lake is 700 m away as the crow flies. The shores of the lake have seven beaches that during summer offer a variety of water sports, a wide variety of restaurants for all tastes and cafes. This picturesque corner of Savoy following an ecotourism policy is sure to seduce you. Catering is available upon request, whether for an arrival meal or a party dinner. Third floor. - Bedroom 7 - very large bedroom for three people in the attic with 2 single beds and a futon (we can add two folding beds for additional children). - Bedroom 8 - bedroom with a queen size bed. - One bathroom shared between bedrooms 7 and 8. It is possible to divide 3 of the large beds into 6 single beds. Please give us 7 days' notice if you would like one of the double beds to be separated, so that more single beds are available for your group. Our entire vast property is at your disposal - including the sun terrace, furnished for outdoor dining, plus the pool. During the summer season, children are invited to use our trampoline and you will find a ping pong table, foosball table and volleyball court in the park. Our garden also serves as a starting point for many walks and hikes including our favorite: Mont Grêle. Beds made for check-in, one towel per person is provided. You must bring towels for the pool. We do not accept pets. Other things to note The house is suitable for either a maximum of 14 adults or up to 18 people if there are children. For people allergic to animals, please note that we have 3 calm and docile cats. They are not allowed in the house. During the summer season, it is possible that there will be horses in our park. We do not accept dogs. We have a separate studio at the back of the house that is used by us from time to time, without any inconvenience to our guests. A washing machine is available for stays longer than 3 nights.
