The space Decorated and maintained by a well travelled host family who made it their special annual reunion venue. 65 sq.m2 (700 sq.ft) including: LIVING SPACE - two 2-seater couches (not for sleeping) - a large, expandable wooden dining table with 8 stools - a wooden bar with two stools surrounding the enclosed kitchen area - a wall mounted flat screen Sony TV, with cable modem (TNT Sat system) - a Bose wifi/Bluetooth connectable, Alexa enabled music system - a Wifi modem and line dedicated to the apartment, with fiber optic high speed connection - all double glazed windows to maintain just the right indoor temperature all seasons MASTER BEDROOM - 90 degree outdoor view and large double glazed windows opening to the valley and mountain tops on one side and to the snow field and pine trees on the other - Queen size bed & mattress (200x160cm) - two single sofas chairs (not for sleeping) - separated from main living space by a sliding wooden panel, that seals the room when needed, and open it to the living space when appropriate SECOND BEDROOM - valley and mountain top view through double glazed window - Double/Twin bed (200x160cm) consisting of 2 joint single mattresses (200x80cm each) and frames. They can be separated. THIRD BEDROOM - mountain top and valley view through double glazed window - 2 single wooden beds (190x80cm) - 2 single foldable bunk wooden beds (190x80cm) - 3 wooden ladders. Ladders are used also to keep safe those sleeping in bunk beds TERRACE - a large wooden dining table and a long wooden bench (table and bench are stored in the master bedroom when not in terrace) - sun deck chairs. They are stored at the back of the cabinet in the master bedroom cabinet. - we provide one red plastic sledge and two smaller ones to slide down the field (under guest own responsibility) KITCHEN - full set (18 pieces) of plates, cutlery, and glasses, mugs, and cups - Fridge and freezer (Liebherr) - Dishwasher (please only use/buy 3 in 1 dishwashing tablets) - Induction cooking table/stove with 4 cooktops, with a litres hose above - Oven - microwave - tap water is safe to drink (in kitchen and bathrooms) - Nespresso pod coffee machine (we provide 10 capsules complimentary upon arrival). Else, please buy online. Delivery within 1-2 days - Special T tea pod machine. Same principle as Nespresso - Regular drip coffee machine - water boiler and teapot - toaster - kitchen mixer - juice maker - large cooking casserole /cocotte - salad bowls - fondue warming pot - cheese raclette appliance BATHROOM #1 - bathtub with optional standing shower - toilet - washer-dryer machine (instructions in House Manual) - sink (please store ski shoes on the floor below in the plastic rack) - wall mounted heater to dry clothes BATHROOM #2 - shower cabin - toilet - sink - wall mounted heater to dry clothes HALLWAY - wall mounted heater to dry clothes - shelves and floor plastic rack to store shoes ------------------------------ PRIVATE SKI LOCKER (outside of apartment, in the locker room) - Direct access to the locker room from a designated entrance next to lobby. - Locker #2 is locked with the same key as our apartment #2 main door. - Holds 6 ski pairs (or snowboard) and sticks - Locker room closed access (by caretaker) after hours (9PM) PARKING One parking space is available for the apartment in the residence’s outdoor parking area. Parking spaces are not individually marked and vehicles are parked in the available areas according to the usual organization of the residence. The parking area is a shared outdoor space, uncovered and not supervised. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s responsibility. Outside peak periods (especially February), parking is usually available without difficulty. If needed, you may also contact the building caretaker, Mr. Bernard Guest access Full access to apartment, terrace, ski locker (same key as apartment), wifi, kitchen equipment and cutlery, and at least one parking slot An upper sliding storage in each of two bedrooms will be locked to store private belongings. That will still leave plenty of storage space in each room for the guests Other things to note - Central heating & double glazed windows system, guarantees controlled temperature - Apartment faces a hilly and leafy closed slope, away from road.
