Lovely private studio, with double bed, kitchenette, ensuite and outdoor area with garden, perfect to relax with a morning coffee while listening to the native birds. 15 mins drive to airport. Walkable distance to grocery store, coffee shop & bushwalking tracks. The kitchenette includes an electric frypan, rice cooker, microwave, bar fridge, and basic breakfast items. To Note: - the ensuite bathroom has a curtain (no door) - the garage is an open carport style and will only fit a small car The space Lovely spacious but small self-contained studio underneath a 3 bedroom house with a private entry. Guest access I live upstairs and the studio is downstairs and is fully lockable and secure. Other things to note IMPORTANT - I have a very large friendly dog who will want to be around you. I also petsit and foster other dogs from time to time. If you do not like dogs, this place is not suitable for you. There is no fixed door separating the living/bed area from the bathroom - there is a curtain though which can be pulled across for some privacy. Your stay includes Complimentary tea, instant coffee, oil, pepper, salt, weetbix and milk. There is a full laundry for your use with laundry detergent, iron, clothes racks and a clothesline.
