Just 10mins from the Airport and 15mins from the CBD, this is one of few absolute beachfront locations in Cairns offering a place to escape. The cosy open living accom has sea views from the deck and front rooms. With direct beach access, all you have to do is step off the deck. Here you can enjoy a cuppa or quiet beverages looking out over the sea. Experience falling asleep listening to the waves gently lapping the shore. This beach shack is a small cottage offering open plan living. The front sleeping area features a queen bed area with plantation louvers and the main room features a king bed with curtained doors. There is a full kitchen with all the essentials, a tv room with air conditioning and bathroom with facilities to do laundry. The ocean is just 60m from the front deck and a Safe netted swim zone is 500m from house during the wet season (operational seasonal). For those that enjoy fishing, throw a line from anywhere along the shore. All linen, towels and basic essentials provided Supermarket, bottle shop, local café’s and takeaways just minutes away. Please note neighbours are commencing construction as of May 2024 which reflects the reduced price. During the day there could be construction noise. Please also consider that the house is fully fly screened for bugs and mosquitoes, however during periods of low wind and high humidity sand-flies can frequent the outside. Insect repellent may need to be applied and we supply this for your comfort. In the bathroom you will also find treatments for bites in the event you need it.
