Spacious, bright, airy,private house with stunning city and harbour view. Enjoying plenty of sunshine during the day and feel the breeze on the balcony in the evening. The house has 4 bedrooms for up to 10 people to stay. 3 bathrooms, laundry, kitchenware, 3x heat pumps and heaters for each bedrooms, TVs, Wi-Fi. Free parking in front of the house 5-minutes drive to supermarket,local restaurants, cafe, and close to Peninsula. 5kms from the city center, along with the beautiful scenery. The space 4 bedrooms for up to 10 people to stay (1x king size bed, 2x queen size beds, 2x single size beds and 2x single bunk beds). 3 bathrooms, laundry(includes washing machine, close dryer and laundry powder). Kitchenware (includes microwave,oven, fridge, toaster, electric jug, gas stove). Due to the private street loacation, the carpark is on the narrow road in front of the house which is able to contain 2-3 cars. But mini vans or larger vehicles are not recommend for such parking. but we have sufficient street side carparks are available and for free. Hope you can enjoy the every moment of your stay. If you have any question please let me know! Guest access The property is self check-in and self check-out through a keypad which allows an easy access. You own the entire house and garden area during your stay, it's a very private house. We are unavailable to meet you upon your arrival and departure but we are available through Airbnb or phone to assist if you had any questions. Other things to note Please 1. NO food in the bedrooms please enjoy your meals in the dining/lounge area only. 2. NO smoke in the house 3. Read the notice on the wall before you use the waste disposal in kitchen. 4. Please be aware of roses, they might hurt while you touch them. 5. Please do not unplug the WiFi extender. They are aim to extend the WiFi signal. 6. Please avoid using multiple high-power appliances at the same time, which will start protection switch automatically. 7.The oven needs to be reset before using. 8. We have a private parking lot, but it is an enclosed space that can hold a maximum of three cars, and you need to be extra careful when making a U-turn. I appreciate for your kindly cooperation.
