Sunny quiet location in the countryside near Lucerne and Zug. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor (with an elevator). The kitchen has a new dishwasher, refrigerator, stove & oven etc. The apartment has been freshly painted, newly furnished and equipped. Ideal for a couple or one person. You will find a supermarket, bank and restaurants in the center of the village in a 5 to 7 minutes walk. In 2 minutes walk, you'll find a small pizzeria (also for take away). Moreover, a modern newly built shopping and entertainment center "Mall of Switzerland" is in just 5 minutes walking distance. High-speed internet and a new washing machine in the basement. Guest access You will have private access to the 1.5 room apartment with a living room, separate kitchen, bathroom, balcony and to the additional floor screed (as a storage place for your suitcases). The whole apartment has 2.5 rooms, but 1 room will be closed (as it is our private bedroom, where we keep our things when we do not use the apartment). Please, note that we can't provide a permanent parking place! There are 7 free parking places for visitors in front of the house and 5 public parking places on the same street. Other things to note If you travel with a child, we can provide a baby-cot, baby-chair and/or a mattress upon request. Internet in the apartment: Wi-Fi internet is available! Buchrain: You will find a supermarket, bank and restaurants in the center of the village in 5 to 7 minutes walk (or in the "Mall of Switzerland"). There is a big and very modern "Mall of Switzerland" situated just 5 minutes walk from the apartment! It has many shops (great sales), restaurants & cafes, cinema, tourism service, childcare and much more. Check-in time is anytime, normally after 2 pm. If you want to come earlier or later, please let me know in advance. Check-out is around 13:00. If you stay longer than ten days, we will help you to organize a free laundry service.
