Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment. Our apartments are on a self check in basis, to obtain keys, guests would need to collect them from a designated safe, which is in a different location. Our opening hours are from 9am - 5.30pm and we are open from Monday to Friday. We are also reachable after hours for any emergency calls. Other things to note - Check in is done on a self check in basis, - Keys can only be accessed after 3pm, - Additional bed will be at charge, - Additional Linen and towels will be at an extra charge - Cot can be provided but at an extra charge - No parties - No Smoking - Early Check in is not possible, if required then we will have to be notified in advance, and there will be an extra charge or you will be required use local storage spaces - Late check out will be charged at for a fee - We do not offer luggage storage facilities, guests are required to use other luggage storage facilities within the area. - Guests will be required to collect keys from the lock box in W1, but can contact us during anytime, as we have staff available to contact via phone around the clock.
