The room is on the first floor of a four storey house five minutes away from Brighton station. It is both centrally located and quiet. The shower room is on the same floor with sink and wc and shared with other guests. The space My house is ideally located , close to city centre yet situated in a quiet street. Guests have access to a shower room, wc and sink and have full use of kitchen for preparing food and make a hot drink. Guests can also use the dining room table for laptop work and catching up with emails. I am very happy to share my knowledge of the local area, venues and events. Also I respect privacy for guest who simply want to use my home as a base. My house is so central to Brighton. Everything is within ten minutes walk, yet the road is lovely and quiet, as it's two roads up from the main road. Five minutes walk from Brighton station and three minutes away from major bus routes. She has diabetes and has twice daily injections. She is quiet and loves attention from guests. She's getting on a bit and will be twelve in 2017. She sleeps a lot.
