A spacious, detached and self-contained one bedroom flat - access via steps with handrail. It is just 5 mins walk from the village train station with access to Manchester, Leeds and direct to Sheffield. It has open plan living, dining, kitchen and study areas with separate shower room and parking within a private gated driveway. No use of main garden but has french windows, juliet balcony and a lovely garden view. Ideal for a relaxing break. Close to Holmfirth, Yorkshire and Peak District. The space Ideal as a relaxing, getaway break with lovely local attractions such as the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, the Hepworth Gallery, Holmfirth and city shopping within easy reach. We are lucky enough to have an amazing variety of foodie destinations within a very short distance. this includes, MIchelin guide retaurants, gastro pubs, dog friendly cafes and superb delis and award winning butchers. There are also many local walking and cycling routes nearby (the trans-pennine route) and we have garage facilities for cycles if required. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol. High-touch surfaces are sanitised and I ensure everything is spotless. if anything is not five star please let me know and we will put it right! I provide cleaning supplies at your request so you can clean as you stay if you wish. If you are here for a longer stay we rotate towels and bedding on request at no additional charge and a two hour clean from Dene's Cleaning Services can booked for £37.50. I offer contactless meet and greet if you prefer but we usually try to do a personal hello and answer any questions. please let us know if you prefer self check in. The flat is a great space if you want to just get away from it all in addition to the small welcome breakfast pack, including essentials like tea and coffee, toiletries and bath robes are also provided. All in all, this highly rated flat provides a great relaxing retreat (Netflix, Now TV and iPhone dock), space for work (WiFi/desk/study area) , local leisure activities or simply great for visiting friends and family.
