We will be delighted to host you in this independent 2-room apartment located at the bottom of our villa. South of Bastia, in a quiet area, 10 minutes from the beaches and close to all amenities, you will be ideally located to travel to Cap Corse, Saint Florent (28 km), the Asco Gorges (45 km) or Castagniccia. The space You will find at your disposal: - A living room with sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi. - A bedroom with a 160 cm queen size bed, which can be separated into 2 single beds of 80 cm -Bathroom with small bathtub + toilet (hair dryer). - An equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, steamer, Senseo machine, food processor etc...), overlooking a terrace with sea view with garden table and chairs for 4 people. The accommodation has reversible air conditioning. If necessary we can provide you with baby equipment free of charge (car seat, baby bed, high chair, baby Cook, plates/cutlery, changing mat, games, books). To lighten your luggage, sheets, bath towels and beach towels are provided. A terrace is dedicated to you. However, living in the house above your accommodation, we will be obliged to go through this terrace to get home. We will make sure to disturb you as little as possible on these occasions. The rest of the property beyond the stairs is not allowed. Guest access The airport is a 10-minute drive away (12 km). The port of Bastia for ferries is also 10 minutes' drive away (11 km). The accommodation is located 1.2 km from Casatorra train station. Bus stop to the city of Bastia (Line 5) 900 m away. Easy street parking. If you rent or have an electric car, you will be able to recharge it on a reinforced domestic outlet (16A) (count about €0.18/kWh for 2025). Allow about 15 km of autonomy recovered per hour. Other things to note In a sustainable development approach, hot water is produced thanks to a solar water heater. Selective sorting at the entrance to the street, compost bin in the garden. Possibility of walking from the house to reach the Bevinco River (about 30 min).
