Although it is shared (a bank clerk who lives for a long time for a man and a woman, returning home early and late, returning home on the weekend), the private room still has a good private space, and the room also comes with a private balcony and equipment for drying clothes. Though not too modern a setting, u won't be dissappointed as it is well maintained as whole place is clean and orderly. It's not a modern setting, but it won't disappoint, because the whole place is kept neat and in good condition. Apt unit is about 1600sf all in, of which about 800sf is space which u can utilise including your own private room and corridor, kitchen, bathroom, drying yard & living the apartment is about 1,600 square feet, of which about 800 square feet is the space you can use, including your own private room and hallway, kitchen, bathroom, private balcony and living room. The space + air-conditioned & bathroom attached bedroom. + Always fresh bed/bath towels and linens. This Bedroom consists: 1 unit of Queen size bed 63"(W) × 75"(L) comfortably to accommodate two(2) adult guests for this room. +++ Some of the other facilities in this fully furnished unit include: → Split air-con units at room. → Instant water-heated showers. → Access to unit is exclusively via security guarded lift lobbies only. → Api-Api in general is extremely safe. 24 hour security personnel always patrolling, as well as their security CCTV cameras to ensure all guests/residents are safe. Guest access You may use the entire unit (common living area, kitchen, bathroom etc) and everything is accessible except other people's bedrooms. Currently there are 2 long-term tenants (bank officer/ company Excecutive) who work at nearby walking distance area, but are rarely in - so privacy is definitely no issue. My past guests records were mostly professional from world wide and other states; they are doctors, government & 5 stars hotel's executives, university pre graduates who were here doing their internship and banker who is still currently staying. They are from other different states. You can use most of the units, living room, kitchen, bathroom, etc.), everything is available except other people's bedrooms. Many long-term residents have stayed here in the past decade, most from all over the world, including doctors, government officials, five-star hotel managers, university graduate students who have come to Kota Kinabalu for internships and bankers who have lived for four years. During your stay I usually check-in guests personally and will brief them about coming in/out of the premises, things in the unit / how to operate them etc. If our guest(s) wishes and time is sufficient, I will give them a concise tour of kk too. I personally live on a different floor / block but we're always available if guests ever require our assistance. We are always contactable via phone call / sms / watsapp etc Other things to note Please "Turn Off" Lights & Air Conditions when leaving the house or when not in use. Please "turn off" the lights and air conditioner before going out or leaving. "TAKE Off SHOES" & leave shoes at the entrance area, you may place shoes into the provided trays at the shoes racks. Slippers will be provided for indoor use only & please prepare your own slippers should you need to wear slippers outside the house) Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering the house. You can put your shoes in an empty tray on the shoe rack.Slippers are for indoor use only, please prepare your own slippers if you need to wear slippers outside the house) Clear your own rubbish to the Garbage rooms near and infront of the Apartment lifts. Remember to clean up your own rubbish.There are two garbage rooms in front of the apartment elevator. No smoking allowed and no pets allowed. No smoking, no pets allowed. Other than that, please be courteous to the neighbour by not making too much noise at late night or eraly morning. Please refrain from making loud noises late at night, early in the morning or early in the morning. In other words, enjoy your stay but we only request that guests 'be reasonable'.
