This holiday villa with modern design, is located 330 meters to the sea and is composed of: 2 levels, 90 mp; ground floor- open living room with kitchen , private terrace with stone grill, outside dining area,big sofa,bathroom with shower; floor-2 separate bedroom with A/C,balcony and second bathroom with shower. Acess to the swimming pools is included, parking spaces in front of the villa. The villa is located in Mamaia Nord, with access directly from the main boulevard very easy to reach. The space A car is not necessary for a holiday at this villa. Being centrally located, you have supermarkets very close - 5 minutes walk, MegaImage and Profi, 4 restaurants open 5 minutes' walk away, one is open 24/7. Bus stop in front of the complex and all transport applications work in this area. The club area in Mamaia Nord is on the right side of the villa, the distance can be covered on foot. The entrance to the villa is private and does not communicate with other guests in the complex. Also, the terrace and the barbecue are only for your group. There are no shared spaces with other customers, except for the swimming pools. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 7 people. For stays longer than 3 days, cleaning of the villa is ensured, towels change is included in the displayed rate. The villa is located in a resort consisting of 7 villas, 2 swimming pools, playgrounds for children, pontoon with access to the lake and the possibility of fishing. If you are a family with children or a group of friends, this villa is the right place for your vacation. We can provide breakfast between 8-10 am. This facility is optional, not included in the price and must be announced at the time of booking, at least 14 days before check-in date. Prices are announced later for these extra services. The laundry room is located in the complex. Here customers can wash and dry their personal clothes in the interval 8-16.00 every day. Equipped with professional equipment, you can wash and dry in a maximum of 45 minutes. Guest access We will communicate by phone or through the application about the check-in time in the accommodation space. I will give you all the information to facilitate access to the villa. Prices start from 45 euros per person. The villa has central heating and we are waiting for you in the winter season to visit the sea and our city. Winters are mild without large amounts of snow. Other things to note The 2 pools in the complex have the following depths: pool for children 40 cm, pool for adults 150 cm. Please do not leave children unattended in the pool and playground areas. The pools operate between June 21 and September 15. In case of bad weather or various malfunctions, we have to suspend the activity of the swimming pools.
