Welcome! "La roue" (non- profit) welcomes you to this beautiful property dating from the XIV century, its 4 ha wooded park and its authentic residence in constant evolution since 1367. I. If you want to do a wedding, a birthday, a meeting, a New Year, a General Assembly we are here for you :-) There is a small supplement beyond 16. The space You will have access to: - GROUND FLOOR (250 m2): Living room(s) wc, Dining room, American kitchen - 600W SOUND SYSTEM - PARK (4ha) - 5 double bedrooms and a 60m2 room with 5 beds including 1 double, i.e. sleeps -Min 16 people required, (arrangements are possible. for more than two nights) Guest access You will be the only guests :-) Phil will be there in a separate part and will welcome you:-) Other things to note We cut the grass regularly except when impossible (2 solid days of dry weather are necessary to do so) Also you may find leaves below the trees particularly in autumn! ;-) List of things to think about: Mini-jackAudio connector for your iPhones/computer -Transparent garbage bags (for recyclables to be brought back); 70 L -Garbage bags (for bottles) or canvas bags; - Plastic or paper cups for outdoor use; -Ground coffee/sugar/milk for the next day (Aspirin for headaches ;-) We have a 250L hot water tank :-). Hot water can take up to 10 minutes to arrive ;-)
