Free access for all guests: From 9:00 am to 10:00 pm every day Winter hours: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm every day Due to Barcelona’s noise regulations (10:00 pm - 8:00 am), we cannot keep our terrace open at night. It is very important to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors in the access areas. For stays of 7+ nights, 1 cleaning with change of linen and towel is offered free of charge. TOURIST TAX: As our apartment is officially registered with the local authorities, we are required to charge the tourist tax from our guests and remit it to the Government of Catalonia and the Barcelona City Council. This tax MUST BE PAID a few days before your arrival. The payment is €10.45 per person per night (maximum 7 nights, for adults aged 17 and over). The tourist tax is not included in the price of the accommodation you pay through Airbnb. A refundable damage deposit of €500 is required. A few days before your arrival, we will send you a request for payment of the tourist tax and the deposit. The deposit will be fully refunded, subject to a property inspection after your departure. ! ALARM SYSTEM INSIDE THE APARTMENT: To protect our property from squatters and thieves when it is unoccupied, we have installed ALARM devices (in the hallway, entrance, and living room). THEY ARE DEACTIVATED when the apartments are rented out. For your safety, there is an SOS button on the anti-jamming alarm (located in the hallway or living room), which will immediately contact 112, the European emergency number. PLEASE DO NOT PRESS SOS UNLESS YOU NEED HELP FROM THE POLICE / MEDICAL / FIREFIGHTERS, etc.! As the alarm devices DO NOT RECORD, they can legally be installed inside the apartment. There are no cameras inside the apartment. The only recording cameras are located in the common areas (building entrance, elevator, stairs, shared rooftop, and office) for security reasons.
