In a quiet wide street with little traffic and lots of trees. Safe neighborhood. The studio is located on the top floor (2nd) & is completely private. You can put your bikes in the hallway and park for just 3.5 euros/day. The space The entire upper floor is just for you. No one passes by. It is quiet and bathed in light. On the landing in front of the entrance to the bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom, there is a rack with coat rack and clothes hangers. Room 1 has a double bed, (extendable) table with 2 chairs and a comfortable desk chair, kitchenette with 2 hobs, hood, kettle, toaster and super quiet fridge. Organic fair trade coffee & tea. Next to it is a spacious, bright bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. Rack with coat rack and hangers on the landing. In the hallway downstairs there is space for bicycles. Parking in the street (and often in front of the door) for only 3.5 euros/day with the Easypark app or a parking machine (at Café De Roos, 100 meters away). Guest access We only share the entrance and the hallway. Other things to note Please take off your shoes before going upstairs.
