Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in funky Morningside. Close to everything Auckland has to offer! Walk to great cafes, cutesy bars, restaurants, parks, shopping centre ! 100m to train & buses. 5 stops by train to Auckland City/Britomart/Waterfront/Spark Arena. Easy to get to Mt Smart Stadium too. Great location for Americas Cup. 800 metres to Eden Park for sporting events. Walk to Western Springs for Concerts/Speedway. Gym/swimming pool across road (at a fee) Secure underground carpark for one car. The space Perfect for a couple/single/friends - Bedroom one has a queen bed and bedroom two a bunk set that has a double and single bed. Should you be travelling with your kiddies - no problem we also have a European single slat fold out bed for a camp out in the living room :-) Please note this bed is in storage - if you would like this included in your reservation - no problem let us know in advance and we will get this sorted for you :-) Guest access Our apartment block has three stairwells to access all apartments. Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor, right at the end of the block, so away from the road side. Our secure carpark is located right next to the stairwell so easy access 2 floors up to apartment- no lifts in block. Other things to note As we are in an apartment block just expect the normal noise you would expect when all living together in city living space. Trains are on our doorstep = but as they are electric - not much noise.. hardly notice them... Love the fact that we live in an inner city suburb - it is always alive ! Our neighbours are fabulous and very considerate of noise etc.. Say Hi to them when you are around - they are a friendly bunch :)
