Relax and stay in - That’s probably how you will feel after a rested night in your comfortable King-sized bed of King Koil in an air-conditioned room, especially while looking out to infinite lush rice fields. Ubud center is a 10-minute ride from our house. We have parking space for your car at the Gallery on the side of the main road. The most fun way to explore Ubud is to rent a motorbike, and we can help to arrange this for you. Motorbike parking space is available in front of the house. Airport transfer can also be arranged, as long as you inform us one or two days in advance Our aim is to give you the most comfortable stay, but please note the following : 1. Road access from main drop-off point to our house is limited by walking for about 7 minutes or with motorbike / scooter. 2. Due to location, our house is not suitable for senior / elderly including guests with mobility access needed, infants and kids below 12 years old. 3. Our house is literally in the middle of ricefields village, we have done everything we could to protect the house from animals, pests, insects, etc. and do regular maintenance and deep cleaned everyday. There are other natural causes that we could not control, such as Gecko, or mice in the area since we live in together with nature. If you afraid of these little animals, our place may not suitable for you. Daily continental breakfast is included from 08:30 to 10:00 AM, also house clean up is scheduled daily. Other things to note RICE FIELDS The house is surrounded by rice fields and it goes through different cycles where the landscape around you will change colours depending on the season. From muddy earth, to bright green, to golden yellow and finally dark brown. The whole cycle usually lasts 9 to 10 months. INSECTS AND CRITTERS Be sure not to leave food uncovered.
