Large contemporary house at the gates of Annecy

Contemporary house located in a village near Annecy and its lake (15 min by car) and mountains (Semnoz at 10 min: summer sledge, mountain bikes, hikes). In a bucolic frame, in quietness, you will have relaxing holidays and be able to enjoy the swimming pool. The house has 4 big bedrooms, with double beds, 2 bathrooms, a lounge diner room of around 50 m² as well as a separated kitchen. Large free parking. The space We lend our "raclette" appliance, the Fondue's one, the grill stone's one, the coffee pot, the juicer, the barbecue, the plancha. Washing-machine at your disposal. We will make the beds before your arrival. Hand towels l aresupplied. We just request to our guests to duly respect the premises and not smoke inside the house.
