"Le Petit B", is a charming little townhouse, for 3 people. Ideally located, 150 m from the rehabilitation center, Place du Casino & Plage du Plat Gousset. Private enclosed courtyard, with staircase to enter the main room (kitchen, living room, dining room, sofa bed), a spiral staircase descends to the bedroom and bathroom (sink, shower, toilet). The location allows you to do everything on foot: city center / Villa & Garden Christian DIOR 5 min walk. The space Atypical house of 32 m2, with main room upstairs, bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. *** The entire ground floor has just been completely renovated in May 2025 *** Bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190), separated or brought together in a king size bed according to your wishes In the living room, TV lounge area with sofa bed (140 x 190 cm). Modern, fully equipped kitchen: small fridge, oven, induction stove, hood, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, filter and piston coffee maker, teapot, and small dishwasher/table and chairs. All joinery has just been changed for better insulation (March 2025) ** Bed linens and towels not included, see options** ** The Accommodation must be left clean and tidy, no dirty dishes ** Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 7pm, depending on my availability, please respect the schedule agreed together. In case of late arrivals, a key box is available. Check-out is before 11 a.m. (to be confirmed during the stay) Other things to note The house is to be returned in the same clean condition as you found it. All beds have pillows and duvets.
